Beer Yoga

The courses are developed by a certified yoga instructor and translate participants through a series of meditation practices ending with a cup of good beer.

The combination of beer and yoga appears for the first time in the US at the end of 2013 and is gradually spreading throughout Europe and Australia. Classes include various exercises that include cold beer cans and are tailored to the age, experience and general physical condition of the participants.

 

Benefits:

Beer is a very good drink after an active physical activity. According to Brewers of Europe, it hydrates the body after heavy physical stresses that lead to the loss of liquids and minerals.
